DESCRIPTION:(As well as access to the live event\, you will receive a link to the recording\, which will be valid for 14 days) \nJoin us on a magical journey into forgotten\, abandoned\, architectural wonders and discover what James learnt from 10 years behind a camera. \nThis fascinating Talk highlights James’ journey into the world of interiors and his decade-long experiences behind a camera. \nHe aims to inspire you through sharing his story of life with a camera\, his love for travel and hidden architecture. \nHe will cover all you need to know – from explaining the many visuals\, the gear\, his process\, post-processing techniques\, and much more. \nJames started taking architectural photos in late 2013\, taking him into hidden corners and abandoned areas of cities\, all over the world. \nHe developed a passion for documenting the beauty of forsaken\, dilapidated\, architecture as he explores ruins\, heritage spaces\, and deserted areas. \nHis approach to photography focuses on capturing clear lines and vibrant colour palettes in the moment\, then enhancing the photos with modern post-processing methods. \nJames’s work has been recognized by several international competitions. In 2017 he won the ND Awards and Chromatic Colour Awards\, and in 2018 came second in the International Photography of the Year’s Architecture category. In 2021 his work was shortlisted for the Architectural Photographer of the Year award.
