DESCRIPTION:(As well as access to the live event\, you will receive a link to the recording\, which will be valid for 14 days) \n\nJoin Murray on a virtual hike in the Highlands of Scotland as he shares his creative process and reveals how he crafts his inspiring images! \n\nIn this live Zoom Talk\, you will learn how Murray composes his stunning photographs in the landscape through the lens of distillation. \n\nHe will consider the difficult question of “why do I make photographs?” and delve into the creative influences on both his colour and black and white photography. \n\nYou will discover his wide-ranging inspirations include Japanese philosophy and the self-reflective act of walking in nature. \nMurray is a full-time professional landscape and nature photographer\, educator\, and workshop leader with more than 10 years of image making experience. \n\nHe is a deep thinker with a passion for adventure and conservation\, both of which he shares through a contemplative and introspective approach to photography. \n\nMurray spends a lot of his time exploring Scotland in his campervan and the rest of his time in his home country of South Africa.
