SUMMARY:Damien Lovegrove - The Art Of Simplicity: Creating Timeless Portraits With Less
DESCRIPTION:Create beautiful timeless portraits with surprisingly little equipment\, using considered composition\, simple lighting and careful observation. \n(As well as access to the live event\, you will automatically receive a link to the recording\, valid for 28 days) \nSee how simplifying your approach to portrait photography can lead to stronger images\, with greater emphasis on location and the way you see your subject. \nDamien will show how classical paintings\, Italian architecture and natural light have influenced his photography\, creating images with depth and atmosphere. \nThrough examples from his latest work and forthcoming video production\, see how Damien strips portrait lighting back to its essentials while maintaining high-quality results. \nDamien Lovegrove began his career as a BBC cameraman before a lighting director and later teaching at the BBC’s training academy. This grounding in light\, composition and visual storytelling has shaped his subsequent career as a wedding and portrait photographer and tutor. Damien’s many accolades include Portrait Photographer of the Year from both the Master Photographers Association and the British Institute of Professional Photography.
