DESCRIPTION:(As well as access to the live event\, you will receive a link to the recording\, which will be valid for 28 days) \nA magical journey into the beauty of forsaken\, dilapidated\, or forgotten architectural wonders; learn from James’ 15 years behind a camera. \nBe inspired by James’ story of life with a camera\, his love for travel and hidden architecture. \nSee how his curiosity about various cuisines\, textures\, colours\, and cultures motivated him to travel to new and evocative places around the world. \nLearn from him describing and explaining many of his excellent images\, the gear\, his process\, post-processing techniques\, and much more. \nHe will share practical tips and tricks with the camera\, looking at how to photograph urban scapes and get the best from them. \nJames Kerwin is a British professional photographer.  In 2019 he decided to base himself permanently outside of the UK and started a photography adventure tour company\, first in Tbilisi\, Georgia\, and then in Istanbul\, Türkiye. In 2017 he won both the ND Awards and the Chromatic Colour Awards in the Architecture category. He was awarded second place in the International Photographer of the Year competition’s Architecture category in 2018. “Circle of Trust\,” taken in Beirut\, Lebanon\, was shortlisted for the 2021 Architectural Photographer of the Year award. James’ books “Fabrica – A Journey Into Decay” and “Abandoned Lebanon” – were published by Jonglez\, in the autumn of 2021.
