Learn from a demonstration showing techniques to manipulate colour, and applyediting methods, that are often overlooked in traditional workflows.
Drawing on her background in textile design and weaving, Barb‘s expressive photographic images brilliantly evoke the texture, rhythm, and colour of woven fabrics.
Barb Kreutter began her creative career in textile design and weaving before moving into the computer industry in 1990, where she developed strong technical skills that later informed her photographic practice.
Deeply missing the creative process her search eventually led to the wonders of abstract photography.
Barb is a juried member of the Alberta Society of Artists and the Abstract’d Art Collective, and her work has been exhibited in group shows across Canada, the USA and the UK.
